In accordance with California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) regulations, an Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) has been prepared that describes the environmental impacts of the proposed Leuzinger High School Athletic Facilities Improvements Project (Project). The proposed Project would replace existing outdoor athletic facilities on the campus with new and improved facilities. For additional Project details, click here for the IS/MND. As required by CEQA, the IS/MND has now been made available for public review and comment for a period of 30 days. All comments on the proposed Project and its environmental effects must be submitted in writing no later than 4:00 p.m. on May 10, 2021 by mailing, emailing, or hand delivering comments to: Ron Hacker, [email protected], Centinela Valley Union High School District, 14901 South Inglewood Avenue, Lawndale, CA 90260.

Olympians honored Roxanne Narachi's life with a memorial ceremony and balloon send off Tuesday April 13, 2021.
